Hazrat Dr. Sayed Mohammad Ali (rah) was the first Peer Waliey Kamel of Khanka Shirajia in Bangladesh. In 1967 he was directed and sent by his Peer Waliey Hazrat Moulana Khan Muhammad (rah) from Kundian to Bangladesh, and upon his arrival he established Khanka Shirajia.
He initiated many religious activities at the khanka located in Mirpur, offered Islamic teachings to his followers, and in 1972 began health service for the poor at different places in Bangladesh.
That clinic service continues today under the Siddiq Akbar Foundation, and at a later stage the Nature Cure Clinic was expanded to different parts of Bangladesh — from Dhaka to Munshiganj, Shariatpur, Mymensingh and Comilla.
Through his devotion, the spiritual lineage of Kundian took root in Bangladeshi soil, and a tradition of free healthcare for the poor was established that has now touched a hundred thousand lives and more.
